What is your return policy?

We only accept returns if the product is in its original condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Can I get a refund for my return?

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: This process typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval.
